Anja is a provisional psychologist who brings a warm, client-centred, and collaborative approach to her work. She is passionate about supporting individuals to improve their mental health, build resilience, and move toward meaningful personal growth.
She has a particular interest in working with teenagers and adults navigating life transitions, including mid-life changes, identity development, and periods of adjustment or uncertainty. Drawing on her divers professional background, including experience in human resources and leadership, Anja brings a grounded and compassionate understanding of the complex challenges people face across the lifespan.
Her therapeutic approach is informed by evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She views therapy as an evolving and collaborative process, tailoring her approach to each individual while fostering a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and supported.
Anja works in a goal-oriented yet flexible way, supporting clients to build insight, develop practical strategies, and reconnect with what matters most to them. She is fluent in both English and German and values culturally sensitive practice when working with diverse clients.
