About Lola

Lola is a compassionate and experienced psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting vulnerable children, young people and families.

Skilled in trauma-informed counselling, therapeutic case management, complex behaviour management.

Lola enjoys working with children from very young ages as well as teenager and adults to support their mental, emotional and behavioural wellbeing through therapy and counselling. She uses various techniques including play therapy, to help children cope with issues like aggression, anxiety, trauma, stressful events, bullying, developmental disorders and family changes.

She works closely with parents and caregivers to access, diagnose and create treatment plans that may include individual counselling, family therapy ect. Lola has extensive experience in working with children who have experienced sexual abuse as well as those demonstrating harmful sexual behaviour problems including psychoeducation for children and parents around protective behaviours and safety planning.
