About Natasha
I am a provisional psychologist who has completed a Master of Professional Psychology. I am warm, client- centred, and solution-focused, and I am passionate about supporting people with a wide range of psychological concerns. I strive to create a safe and collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered in their journey. My practice draws on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills. I also integrate strengths-based and trauma-informed practices to ensure therapy is both empowering and sensitive to each client’s unique experiences.
