Indiana is a registered psychologist with the Australian Psychology Board. She also holds memberships with the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Honours) at the Australian Catholic University, Indiana pursued a Master's degree in Professional Psychology at Macquarie University in Sydney.
Indiana's therapeutic approach is person-centred, empathetic, non-judgemental and collaborative, creating a safe space for clients to address mental health concerns. She draws from evidence-based interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing Therapy, to support clients in addressing addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion regulation difficulties, and other life challenges.
In her spare time, Indiana enjoys spending time with her loved ones, especially her furry friends, heading to the beach, and listening to music.
