About Paul
Meet Paul, a qualified Psychologist at Nutricula Psychology, who specializes in providing psychological interventions to individuals, couples, and the resources industry. With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field and over a decade of work as a psychologist in Australia, Paul has a deep understanding of a range of mental illnesses, trauma, and relationship difficulties. He has worked across various industries including not-for-profit, government, and private practice.

Apart from his Psychology qualifications, Paul holds a master's degree in business and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. This unique skill set has allowed him to guide organizations in cultural change, staff retention and development, increasing productivity, and managing mental health-related concerns in the workplace. He has also developed various training programs aimed at improving employee awareness, safety, resilience, and mental wellness in high-risk environments.

Paul is a certified Neuro-psychotherapist with a keen interest in Neuroscience. He incorporates the vast knowledge that Neuroscience offers regarding mental wellbeing and illness into his practice. As the president of the International Association of Applied Neuroscience, Paul has developed one of the first brain-based conflict resolution models in the world, which he has presented at three International Conferences.
