About Georgia
Hi, I’m Georgia, a registered psychologist with nearly a decade of experience working with individuals across the lifespan.

I support people navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, primarily drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in my work. Within this framework, I also integrate approaches from CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, MBCT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Thought Field Therapy, and Yoga for the Mind.
I take a thoughtful and attuned approach to therapy, meeting each person where they are and adapting support to suit their individual needs. A core part of my approach is based in an understanding that emotional pain is a natural part of being human, and that healing often begins when we feel safe enough to sit with what’s showing up inside us. I aim to offer a space that feels steady, respectful, and gently curious. A space where people can explore their feelings at their own pace and begin to make sense of their experiences in a way that feels grounding and empowering.

The people I work with are often facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, or difficulties adjusting to life transitions. Some are working through the impacts of trauma or struggling with low self-worth and relationship patterns that feel hard to shift. I also support neurodivergent individuals navigating the emotional and contextual complexities that can arise in a world not always built with their needs in mind. Whatever the concern, I aim to offer care that is affirming, inclusive, and responsive to each person’s lived experience.
