Bendoline completed her master's degree in psychology in South Africa and has since become a valued member of our team. What sets Bendoline apart is her ability to employ various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brain Working Recursive Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Interactional Pattern Analysis, and Person-Centered Therapy.

Bendoline has over ten years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who face issues such as trauma, sexual assault, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and career assessment. In addition to individuals, she also works with couples, providing marital counseling and support for those encountering various challenges in their relationships. When not working, Bendoline enjoys reading, traveling, and engaging in water activities.
