At the esteemed University of Queensland, she earned a First Class Honours degree and Doctorate in Psychology. Additionally, she is registered with the Australian Board of Psychology and have been endorsed in the field of Clinical Psychology. Her focus is primarily on adults and older adolescents, helping them work through a variety of psychological issues and highlighting their strengths to develop effective coping strategies.

Raychelle possesses extensive training in treating clients who have experienced trauma and is well-versed in managing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addictions, and significant life transitions. Her therapeutic approach is evidence-based, incorporating a range of strategies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy.
