The Story Behind Our Name
Have you ever wondered why we chose the name Nutricula for our clinic? Nutricula is a tiny jellyfish that has the extraordinary ability to revert back to its youth once it reaches maturity. This process, which may contribute to the jellyfish's longevity, has become synonymous with the idea of living longer.
Research has proven that when we take care of our brain health, and are mentally well, humans can live up to 140 years.
Our Approach to Therapy
At Nutricula Psychology, we strive to help our clients achieve a long and fulfilling life by using the latest research and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Our goal is to help our clients understand their past, recognize their behavioral patterns, and empower them to make positive changes in their lives. By doing so, we hope to guide our clients from merely existing to living a healthy, happy, and meaningful life.
